01. What do you mean by urgent and dedicated transport?
By dedicated transport we mean transport tailored to the customer without any other cargo. We travel from the loading point to the delivery location via the quickest and most straightforward route and limit the number of stops.
02. How can you guarantee that the controlled temperature is maintained during transport?
All our vehicles are equipped with a cabin screen that is regularly checked by the driver. Should the temperature deviate, an automatic alert will be sent to dispatching, who will immediately get in touch with the driver to inform them and provide them with instructions.
03. How can you guarantee the safety of the goods?
All vehicles are equipped with a locking system with padlock and are locked by either the customer themselves or the driver when loading. The locks are checked by the recipient upon delivery in the presence of the driver.
